I deeply value environmental sustainability, so all packaging is either reused plastic that has been diverted from the landfill, or fully compostable/recyclable paper materials.
While I do my best to use environmentally sustainable materials, my efforts can only reach their full potential when you help me complete it. Please continue to reuse/repurpose my shipping materials whenever possible, and breakdown and discard all eligible items in the recycling bin.
If there is any question as to whether or not an item is recyclable, please consult your local regulations. Thank you so much for helping me do my part!!
Shipping
Items will be thoroughly wrapped in honeycomb paper, and securely packed into a paper padded kraft mailer, or single walled kraft corrugated box with reused plastic, kraft or newsprint paper packaging on each side, until the item can be shook without any sound or movement and you cannot feel the hard ceramic item beneath.
Premade items will be packaged and in the hands of the post office within 1-2 business days of the order being placed
Made to order items will be in the hands of the post office within the product’s listed timeframe, 1-2 days after making it out of the kiln
Custom, Commission, Bulk, and Wholesale orders will be shipped within the time constraints that are agreed upon before the orders confirmation
I can not be responsible for issues/delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
Returns/Exchanges
There is a 30 day window that I will accept refunds, returns and exchanges for premade/some made to order items. (The following does not apply to commissions, personalized orders, or wholesale orders)
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges, must be processed through Etsy. There should be a button in the email you recieve to confirm your order/delivery where you can request help with your order, or through your order history in the app/website.
I have the right to cancel any order before it ships for any reason, and will provide an explanation through Etsy messages.
Accidental purchases will only be canceled if I am notified before the item ships.
In the case of an item being broken or severely damaged in the mail, I must receive real photographic evidence of the damage before I will offer a refund or exchange.
In the case of package mixups, or if the item is not what the buyer expected, returns and exchanges will be accepted, and the amount refunded will depend on the circumstances:
Full refund including shipping if you receive the wrong package (all incorrect items)
Item price and applicable sales tax excluding shipping if the item does not meet personal expectations, you receive incorrect/broken individual item(s) in a larger order with some correct/intact items, or if the item is purchased accidentally
No refunds will be sent if the buyer chooses another item of the same value to receive in the original item's place.
!! Returns/refunds or exchanges will not be accepted without photographic proof of the item's condition.
!! I must have the item(s) in their original condition in hand before a refund for a return is issued.
!! The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Optional post office shipping insurance does not cover items broken in the mail, but will cover packages if they get lost in transit. Please be extremely thorough when repackaging an item to be returned, I recommend packaging the exact same way with the exact same materials if possible, and double boxing if you are unsure.
